I had an amazing experience at Church and Union during Restaurant Week! From the moment we walked in, the host was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Our server, Andrew, provided outstanding service—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our dining experience exceptional. He guided us through the menu with great recommendations, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant, the food exceeded expectations, and the overall experience was truly memorable. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

The free hummus app was a nice touch. The food was just okay. Nothing to write home about. We did a mixture of restaurant week and other food. The wine suggestion was good and our server was extremely knowledgeable and attentive! May go back for happy hour or something but wouldn’t spend $300+ again

The only reason for a 4 star for food was that the lamb burger taste was overwhelmed by the sauce. The service was excellent. The room is fun, with exposed brick and an interesting ceiling. It's also pricey although I guess that's the way it is everywhere.

Restaurant week. First visit. Would’ve been thrilled with the apps alone! Delicious tender handmade ravioli and tomato sauce was a stand out. Cooked to perfection steak and delectable, rich sauce made our night memorable. Beautifully plated desserts were our delicious finale. Regan expertly guided us through the experience including our wine choice. This menu is not to be missed for the value alone.

Recently moved to Denver and wanted to go out and try something new! Church and Union got our attention because of how beautiful this place is. From service to food everything was great, we had the tuna crudo as a starter and it was delicious super light and flavorful. My girlfriend had the salmon and I had the trout and both dishes were outstanding. General manager Lindsay I think her name was greeted us with 2 glasses of champagne for our anniversary which we didn’t expect . Super friendly staff! Will 100% be back and highly recommend.
