I can’t say enough good things about this place. My mother is Sicilian and this is the food and atmosphere I grew up in. The service was over the top wonderful and we loved every bite. We will definitely be back.

Waiter asked my spouse twice what her order was, Lobster Ravioli. They brought out my Veal Parmesan and the wrong dish for my spouse they tried to push the wrong dish on her. We politely said no. They took aver 10 minutes to bring the correct dish. Quality of food was substandard. We asked for a discount for the inconvenience. They stated they had accommodated us by taking the incorrect meal back!! What?? They offered a $3 discount off a $159 bill. Terrible!’

We had a great time at Ciao Italia Ristorante! Overall, the food was excellent and we could taste the quality. One meal was slightly cold, but not enough that we wanted to alert our server. Speaking of our server, Emilio was great once he warmed up. One person in our party was running behind so we think it threw off his timing. By the end of the meal, we were all friends. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. A cozy little spot with an authentic feel. If we lived here we would definitely be back, and being from out of town, we will absolutely come again next time we’re in Orlando!!

Restaurant was fantastic. Food was amazing, service was great and even though the restaurant was packed, the noise level was fine. We could talk without raising our voices. Don’t skip desert!!!
