It was very noisy, though - the tables are really close together, so we struggled to hear each other speak, and other diners and waitstaff kept knocking against us as they went past.

Asked about timing of foods and the schedule of preparation was just what we wanted. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful.

I remember coming here years ago where there was always a great atmosphere and really good value for money. Now under the illusion of being recommended to share several small tapas size plates, the range of dishes from a quality perspective are hit and miss. I would recommend a pasta dish and meat or fish and size order of vegetables, but if you add some wine, you can top £ 60 per head. Hardly value for money. Service was very good. A 3 out of 5 star experience.

Desserts were absolutely delicious. Good customer service. A bit touristy but it's completely understandable because of the central location.
