   When ordering the paneer and naan, it was not made clear to us that this was not a normal curry. When it arrived, we asked for more gravy and made clear we wanted a normal curry, they just put two more spoons of the gravy and gave it to us. The manager was extremely rude when we explained what we had wanted. It was only then they gave us any semblance of what we had asked for, over halfway through the meal. The manager was very rude and interrupted us when we were trying to explain the issue. The food was very overpriced for what it was. Such a disappointment.

   The staff at Cinnamon Bazaar were extremely friendly and efficient. The Asian fusion flavours are amazing and one of the best in London. The ambience and overall value for money are great. Chef Vivek Singh has produced a restaurant of the highest standards & should be very proud. It comes highly recommended.

   Delicious food but check your bill!! They added on 5 cups of tea which should have come included in the high chai - so check your bill - the menu clearly states a pot of tea comes with each order of high chai, but we only received two pots and when paying the bill the waiter said no no it says pot but it means cup… he quickly removed the charge from the bill and we left. Food Is delicious, ambience lovely and staff are friendly but check your bill before paying!

   The glasses were full of dust clearly seen once water was filled. Showed the waited who replaced them and same again. Food wise well disappointed! We are vegetarians and were served fish which we realised after taking a bite. Told the waiter who checked and tried justifying that it was his fault it was the chef’s fault I feel just passing the buck around between themselves. The waiter to took the order brought it to us so there should have been clarity prior to bringing the food. The masala chai was disgusting way too much masala and fully tasted of cloves only! We were hosted on the first floor and there was literally just one waiter to attend to all guests approx 24 guests. Also the room temperature was uncontrolled and very stuffy. Fortunately for a change it was a great sunny day in London and the room was scorching hot. Asked the waiter to turn on the ac and got told it’s already on (really?). Overall, well disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Definitely won’t be returning.

   Great food and ambience, as always. Ordered an extra round of drinks that never turned up, which was a shame, but we weren't charged for them.
