Christmas day was magical . The staff were so professional . Everything was meticulously done . From the drink reception the canapé's through the dinner to the petit fours . Cannot wait to return Next Year . Also Jessica our waitress was on hand but not overpowering .

Absolutely disgusting all the afternoon tea food was gluten free which we didn’t want or like, service was shocking

Nice afternoon out for dinner on Christmas Day. My party which consisted of family were happy. Especially my mum. Who is now in a wheelchair. We managed fine getting her in and out of building and to bathroom. So that made me happy.

Booked for Christmas Dinner. Party of 4 and 1 toddler. Met with pre drinks. Taken to table. Great food. Price is what you expect for Christmas Day .

Really enjoyed the entire evening. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and made us all feel extremely welcome. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely lovely Mothers Day experience. Ambience and service was excellent. Unfortunately mum's meat dish was difficult to cut and chew. Apart from that it was delightful 😊

We couldn't fault our night spent in Citation's very capable hands. Food was incredible, the staff were attentive, supportive without being overbearing. The overall ambiance was cheerful and festive from the doormen to the waiting staff. In the bar, same level of service from the staff and we ended our night out on a very merry note.
