   Clark’s Oyster Bar nails the vibe for anyone craving seafood in a hip, stylish setting. Grab a table outside when Houston weather permits. The oysters are the undeniable stars—fresh, briny and beautiful. The crudo and red snapper ceviche are also standouts. The martinis are dangerously good, especially with the goat cheese–stuffed olives (seriously, don’t skip them). Service is friendly and knowledgeable, though it can feel a bit uneven at times—nothing that detracts too much, but worth noting. Love Clark’s!

   We had a fantastic celebratory lunch here and all of our food was wonderful. Service was great and attentive. A really lovely meal.

   It was about of a perfect experience as one could ask. We had a super friendly server and the chef was top notch. Get the “grilled cheese with an egg and hole”. You will not be disappointed.

   Always love Clark’s! We recently stayed at the Colombe D’Or and walked to the restaurant, which was convenient. Love their oysters-both raw and baked, and the wedge-delicious!

    Excellent as always ! The best Oyster bar. I recommend the crudo plate and the redfish on the half shell And the marble potatoes . Yum !
