   Girls night out!!! The service is always outstanding, Maddy is always amazing, and looks after us so well. Her smile is infectious. A little disappointed with the prime rib yesterday. It has been fantastic in the past, but this time it was very thin and more fat than meat. The salads and the veggies and potatoes were fabulous. I frequent the Cliffside on a regular basis and this is the first time I was not happy with the quality of the main course. I will be back, I am sure it was just an off night.

   We were fortunate enough to celebrate both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day brunch at Cliffside at Muskoka Bay, and it was nothing short of spectacular. A huge part of what made our experience so memorable was Madison, who served us for both occasions. Madison is an absolute gem! On New Year’s Eve, she brought unmatched enthusiasm and professionalism, setting the perfect tone for the night. Her knowledge of the menu, paired with her genuine excitement and attentiveness, made the celebration feel extra special. Despite the hustle and bustle of a busy evening, Madison made every guest feel like they were her top priority. She didn’t stop there—when we returned for brunch on New Year’s Day, she somehow managed to top herself. Her energy was just as vibrant, and her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them was incredible. Madison’s warmth and positivity truly elevated the entire experience, making us feel so welcome and cared for. We also want to highlight James, the food and beverage director, whose leadership was evident in every detail. From a seamless New Year’s Eve celebration to a flawless brunch the next day, James ensured everything was executed to perfection. His dedication to creating memorable experiences was clear, and we’re so grateful for the effort he put into making our celebrations unforgettable. The combination of a stunning venue, delicious food, and an all-star team—especially Madison—made this New Year’s one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return and would recommend Cliffside at Muskoka Bay to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience!

   We had a wonderful New Year's Eve pre-set menu dinner. The food was fabulous . Just wish coffe was included in the price 😪

   My family and I had a great brunch today (December 22, 2024) at the Cliffside restaurant at the Muskoka Bay Resort. The food was delicious. It was proportioned, cooked, presented and priced right. My daughter loved the Lemon Meringue French Toast (but wished she didn't fill up first on their delicious hot chocolate). We'll definitely be back (probably for a skate on their great rink first).

   Overall it was a lovely evening the appetizers were awesome. Main’s delicious and the before dinner cocktails very unique and tasty. Will go again

    Lovely setting. The food was not fantastic. The prime rib was good but after that, not so great. Our server did her best but the wait time for basic appetizers was too long and one of the dishes came out cold. We were there for an event which put high demand in the kitchen at the same time.
