Get cosy with one of our signature cocktails while watching the sun set over the Big Smoke. We’re open to guests 18+.

The service is very very slow but ambience makes up for it. Snack options are way too limited and hence wont be going back anytime soon. Views are the only great part of the visit

Stunning view, nice drink selection and warm friendly staff. Had a DJ playing decks which was a bit loud for conversation in the end so we moved on. Low star rating for food was because no N/A option. We didn’t eat. We’ll be back!

CloudM offers an excellent view that is ver different from the Sky Gardens which are higher up, and most other places in London which are just above ground level. It has a wonderful lookout over Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

The rooftop bar was truly amazing the staff can not do enough for you there was a lady who come and talked to us and took some amazing photos for us I did not catch her name but she was a 10 out of ten we will definitely be going back to this hotel and the roof top bar xx

Such a lovely bar, especially on a sunny day or when the sun is setting. Amazing views over the Tower of London. Lovely, yet different cocktail list. Went on a Thursday afternoon and surprised how buzzy it was. Will definitely be back. (Please note we didn't eat anything and no option to put N/A in the rating for food)

We only had drinks, we didn't eat but this is a really lovely space, great views, lovely ambience, friendly and accommodating staff and will definitely be back.

When we arrived, the staff advised they were changing shift and we could sit anywhere - noting that a dirty plates and gkass were left on tables and they were not clean. After 15mins we then chased the team about our table, were moved and then were asked to enjoy the experience. After xhasing, we then received great customer service and our drinks promptly.
