This restaurant has zero beer selection. My first cocktail was okay and the second one was awful. We ordered 2 filet mignons medium rare but received medium/medium well. It was a birthday experience let down for sure. We will NOT be back.

This was our first time at C&W and certainly won’t be our last. Very professional and personable staff. Food was amazing. I had the filet mignon and my wife had a chocolate and coffee rubbed NY strip that was absolutely delicious. Michael and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us and made some great suggestions like the Brussel Sprouts and the Mac and Cheese. 10/10 experience for us. Definitely would recommend.

We had an amazing experience. We were seated and we waited a little due to a big party being in the restaurant, which was fine. They came to assists apologizing for the wait and compensating us. 10/10 coming back again!!!

Dinner was absolutely delicious. James, our waiter was kind and helped with any questions we had about the menu. The chef Fernando even came and checked on us. Love this place! They do what most restaurants have stopped doing; which care about the quality of service and care of the customer’s.

Dining: Thursday night 6:30 pm Server: pleasant. Too many distractions or tables. Inattentive and not on par with Charlotte’s premier steakhouses. Parking: No Valet, cumbersome Salad: Burrata, good flavor and freshness Steak: not Prime beef but the price matched the quality for Premium beef. Drinks: good bartender and quality drinks. Ambiance: marginal, not steakhouse feel, which is okay however it lacked character. Overall, needs help but has upside potential

We had a very nice dinner at CNW steakhouse Our server, Michael was very attentive and professional . He made a lot of great suggestions. The pretty and pink cocktail was my favorite .The parking is a little tricky Due to lots of restaurants and retail shops We were told about the parking garage across the way . Very good prices for their steaks. The ladies restroom was very clean and pretty We are very happy to have a steakhouse in Ballantine Keep up the great work
