   Food was very average. Bulgogi was very chewy and basically inedible. Buchimgae was pretty good. I think their fried food must be better

   Didn’t have our table available that we had booked days ahead and we had to wait a long time whilst they were seating what appeared to be walk-ins. The downstairs waiter was lovely and looked after us really well once we got in but wouldn’t return as couldn’t be sure when we would get a table. The food we chose was average also but the main issue is the booking system needs a radical overhaul!

   Unfortunately the 1 star and 2 star reviews are true because sadly the service we received last night was below average. Everytime we wanted something; to first even order food and drinks, follow up with a missed order (this happened twice and yet our second side of kimchi never arrived), get water for the table and refills, we had to wait and put our hand up like at school to be noticed. The restaurant itself is very small, and at times with even 3 workers managing no more than 12 tables it was very disorganised. All of the waiters looked tired and indifferent, and this certainly reflected in them carrying out their job. Not once did anyone check up that the food was okay, it was just disappointing. The food was average, the only saviour was that the prices were fair to the quality of food received. In our time there, we weren’t the only customers to have removed the optional service charge/tip.
