We came just as the new fall menu was released. The cocktails were delicious and a great wine list. The “Just Another Brick on the Wall” cocktail was one of the best I’ve ever had. The charred rosemary atop a dehydrated slice of lime added a smoked nose with every sip. It was fabulous. Otherwise the food was good but not over the top. Service suffered just a tad when they got busy, but overall a lovely evening.

Truffle fries were delicious. Short rib was tender and a good piece of meat but under-seasoned. Chicken was good, again a bit under-seasoned. But the vibe is odd. I was expecting something nicer given the price point of the entrees. It's a confusing mix of sports bar and fish house. The furniture is odd--the table for four makes it difficult to have a conversation if only two are at the table. No recognition of the special occasion we were there to celebrate--and that's fine, not looking for a free dessert but it's odd to ask if there is one and not acknowledge. I would go back but in no hurry to do so.

What a west county gem! Everything was delicious, service was perfect and friendly, decor was cool, cocktail was on point! Definitely going back.

A bit pricey but the food and service are top-notch. Really attractive decor inside but it is incredibly noisy, even when it’s not a full crowd

Celebrated my husband's birthday at Cobalt. They have a new menu and the salmon and red snapper entrees were both excellent - as was the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert! Service was excellent and we really enjoyed the evening.
