   The food was good over all I think smash burger was the best. It was a little loud in the restaurant and value was ok for Maui. I got the sourdough sandwich it was 18 dollars and if you add meat it was 12 dollars more. They only put about a 1/4” of meat on the sandwich. I guess I just expected more for 30 dollars.

   Booked a 9:30 table reservation, we get there early, seated before 9pm, given menus and a minute later a person comes from the back and says the kitchen is closed and says we can go across the street. Their website says they serve food until 10pm. The restaurant shouldn’t accept reservations at 9,9:30 if no food is available

   We went for happy hour after having been there for dinner the night before and we were not disappointed… The drinks are a good deal and delicious and the toast bowl is big and the ceviche is definitely enough for at least a couple people to share.

   We loved our experience at CoCo Deck. We thought it was just going to be bar food but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ceviche, ahi entree, huge smash burger and the drinks were delicious too. Service was attentive and fun. We will go back!

   We had a great time at the almost thanksgiving event. The service staff was very kind and attentive, the food was great, and friendly open atmosphere was enjoyable. We’ll be coming back again for dinner as well as other events in the future.

   A very pleasant addition to the rebuilding of the Lahaina restaurant scene. Food is creative, well prepared and tastefully presented. On this visit we enjoyed the tostada salad with a healthy chunk of expertly grilled mahi on top. In addition we indulged in the assassin burger, with tasty local beef that did not disappoint. There is an inviting happy hour menu just waiting for customers - if they know to get there before 5pm (we were there for dinner). Sunsets views are not the reason to go to Coco Deck - the views are of its sister restaurant across the street (Mala). The food is the star here. So is the ambiance. Off the deck and steps inside is a great sports bar with large screens showing various games. Parking will be a challenge until the land around the property is opened for more post-fire business traffic. Coco Deck is a great new find on Maui.

   Food was absolutely fantastic! Service was extremely fast. It was very busy with the fight being shown on TV there but you wouldn’t have known it. We sat outside with a view of the water. I would go back everyday to try something different on their menu, everything we ordered was out of this world good!

   Beautiful new restaurant, service was outstanding. The music was a little loud which seemed out of sync with a nearly empty restaurant. Poke doughnut was great but rest of the meal was not good. I had the coconut mahi which had really no flavor and was over cooked. My parents had the birria ramen and fish and chips; both were very bland and lacked any type of flavor. The reviews raved about the food so may consider giving a second chance but not sure it’s worth the money.

    Overall disappointing. The hostess and servers were great, nice atmosphere perfect location. Cocktails were tasty. But it’s the food that counts and it just wasn’t better than average. I think the effort has gone into making the menu sound interesting but doesn’t deliver on taste. We had poke donut, crunchy grilled cheese and Brussels sprouts salad. I would give it another try but order any of those items again.
