   Possibly one of our best tasting meals in Australia in years! Our experience was authentic, with unique delicious flavours. The duck parfait was incredible - a beautiful texture. The chicken supreme reminded us of the authentic flavours of France. The staff were great - incredibly efficient, friendly and attentive. The wine list is extensive with great choices.

   The golden hour at Cognoscenti is truly golden. The superb service, the delectable oysters, the chilly sparkling Prosecco and the atmosphere of pure joy as locals bump into each other and laughter fills the restaurant.    Cognoscenti has been a somewhat recent discovery for us. We can't stop going there! The quality of the food is impeccable. A well curated wine list is appreciated and the service is warm and attentive. We already have many favourites on the menu. What a gem - the type of food / experience we thought we could only have in the city.

   We went for the Sunday roast, this was outstanding and enough for two. However, highly recommend that you have room for dessert and cheeses. Delicious food, fantastic staff.

   Food, services and atmosphere were excellent. From the manager to the young man who served our table who is relatively new to the team but has a great understanding of customer care. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   We are never disappointed every time we dine here! If you want honest, delicious, hearty, well prepared and cooked food, with a great wine list, then this is the place to go! We started with a knockout vodka martini and oysters (half price if you order between 5-6pm) and shared the lamb shoulder for 2 for main - cooked to perfection, with a peach, tomato and burrata salad and the cheeses to finish. Very satisfying and scrumptious! Highly recommended.
