Colmillo is a restaurant which takes the best of street foods and makes it their own.
It serves a wide variety of tacos, meat selections, oysters, seafood, appetizers, beer on ice, as well as a bar at your table. Our signature dish is a grilled cabbage and the only Guacamole bar in the city.

It’s dark and sensuous atmosphere, surrounded by a neo gothic architecture and musicalized by Hip-Hop and 70’s Funk making a union of all these elements to provide an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

We found the experience except for the food exceptional. The tamarind mezcal cocktail was a dream in a glass and a truly beautiful flavorful creation. The food, however, was a bad experience as every dish we had - the appetizers, the side dishes, and the main dish were way too salty. The starters were the least salty of them all - we had the beef tips and the braised pork rind with fried corn, and they were good. The main course was bad, to say the least - the steak and the grilled Buffalo octopus were super salty, and so was the artichoke that was loaded with grated parm on top of a salted dish. Hopefully, our meal was an aberration and not the norm.

Buen lugar para una ocasión especial, el servicio depende mucho del mesero, al principio nos atendió un chico con una gran actitud de servicio y posteriormente otro con menor disposición, la comida es excelente, pidas lo que pidas, el único inconveniente que veo es que el hecho de ser "una terraza" combinado con el frio nocturno, enfría los platillos muy rápido, las bebidas en su mayoria cumplen bastante bien, la cantidad de alcohol es bastante generosa en la coctelería.

La comida es rica, los precios accesibles es la tercera ocasión que los visito y es exagerado el nivel de la música, literal estás gritando en las mesas y por ende el bullicio es enorme, considero que bajarle un poquito hará mucho mejor o experiencia

Para el tipo de restaurante la presentación de la carta q presentan (solo un papelito ) contrasta, adicional muy limitada pocas opciones , en la cuenta me cargaron bebidas q no solicité que si no me doy cuenta me los cobran adicional q aún no acabas de comer y ya te quieren retirar el plato , no existe sección de no fumadores y el estacionamiento carísimo
