   Last year- this was a fantastic meal. This year- it was good. It started off with the website advertising lobster bisque - but none on the menu when we got there. We chose here over the Cameron Mitchell places because of that. So pretty bummed about that- though the butternut squash bisque was good. The turkey was pretty good. They decided that gravy goes on sweet potatoes- never seen that before. And the vegetables had absolutely no flavor at all. Salt.. pepper.. butter? Anything. The Turtle cheesecake was the highlight. They do a pretty good job- but honestly wouldn’t have gone here if they hadn’t advertised lobster bisque as an option. Far closer options that had nearly identical menus.

   Solo lunch on Thanksgiving Eve; clean, nice ambience, promptly seated and greeted by Trey, a professional and attentive server. My delicious appetizer was five perfectly cooked plump shrimp, wrapped with applewood bacon and coated with a sweet, tangy and smokey bbq sauce surrounded the sticky rice. My Power Lunch Box included a tasty cup of New England Clam Chowder that was hot, creamy and loaded with chucks of potatoes however, the clams however, were missing, which was very disappointing. The Blackened Shrimp Pasta (linguine, tomatoes, spinach, parmesan) was packed with flavor! 🔥🔥🔥 My meal was less than $40; I enjoyed my first time experience. Thank you.

   I feel this restaurant has gone downhill since more than a year ago. The furniture looks abused, the service was fair but not terrible. I felt like the staff was moving really quick when I looked around, but it was impossible to get their attention as they ran by. We ordered an appetizer, soup, entrees and dessert. The soup arrived before the appetizer and was the wrong soup, but took a long time for the server to check in with us, so ultimately the right soup and appetizer arrived at the same time. We ordered a double drink and it was barely a single, took the server at least 15 mins to check back with us and was told that was what their doubles looked like. Also ordered a glass of ice chips, which weren't delivered with the drinks, and finally showed up about 20 mins later. Food portions were misaligned, I got 3 stalks of asparagus with my entree, and more mashed potatoes than would be normal, but the entree was reasonably sized. Note: a portion of asparagus is typically double what was provided. My dinner partner ordered the shrimp and lobster tortellini and there were maybe two tiny pieces of lobster. Dessert was good.

   They provided no place to hang up your coats. Either cram into the booth with you or hang on your chair and sweep the floor with it. Thoughtless planning.
