   Very pleasant space with an elegant menu and well stocked bar. Right next to the Place des Arts Metro entrance so you can get there after your show underground without having to trudge through the snow.

   A fine dining experience in French cuisine. The dishes are innovative but grounded in the classics. The staff is willing and professional but overworked like all service staff these days.

   Restaurant très bien situé par rapport aux grandes salles de spectacles. Très bonne qualité de nourriture et service agréable et rapide.

   Toujours agréable de manger dans un beau décor ; un délicieux repas avec un service à notre rythme.On a senti aucune pression a prendre notre repas rapidement . Souper très relaxant. Bravo à toute l’équipe.

   On a été complètement oublié pour les plats. Nous avons dû le dire à 2 serveurs pour finalement avoir notre commande.

   We chose this restaurant as it was in an article as one of the must eats of the city. This same article also mentioned Mama C and Casavant - which were incredible and we highly recommend. Unfortunately, Commodore was not a good experience. From lack of service, to ambience to food quality - major disappointment.

    We booked a table as 4 ladies celebrating milestone birthdays, from out of town and hotel guests at the adjoining hotel The Honeyrose. Server never mentioned any of the notes in our reservation, never introduced himself and after our mains were served, forgot about us. Beverages were unique and beautifully presented. Appetizers were delicious. One of our entrees was served cold and no quality check was complete. Over 2 hours for 2 courses so we passed on dessert as we were tired. Server did apologize that he was overwhelmed and couldn't get to us. Should have brought a complimentary dessert and sparkler like we saw 3 other tables get. Just disappointing as service could have made the meal a stand out for our trip away.
