Confucius Chinese started as Chichester's most famous Chinese, renowned for its local touch and personal service. Since then, nothing much has changed, the same people still work here and we still use our secret recipes to create classic dishes.Gordon and Yvonne Lee are the owners and you'll probably get to meet them at the restaurant. We're a family run restaurant with a twist in modern British Chinese cuisine. We live in Chichester and know the area very well.

    Lovely food however no one came to check on us until we had finished!! Even though we had booked we were sat in the reception area by the main front door on our own,even with spare tables in main part of restaurant so didn’t really get a good experience as our table was away from our people dining and felt more like seating in a main walkway However enjoy the food and will go back hopefully get a table in main restaurant

    Fresh food, tasted great, good portion sizes and value for money. Service was prompt, seated at 7pm drinks and starters arrived within 20 minutes of being seated, mains swiftly after starters had finished. Good atmosphere, not noisy, able to have a nice date night. Will definitely be back

    Looks a large building but small room inside. The owners were nice but the food, although quite tasty was presented as a MSG gloopy dish. We wouldn’t go against. Sorry

    Real Chinese food, absolutely delicious. The owner is charming and most attentive, as are his staff. A thoroughly enjoyable evening, we will definitely be returning and recommending the restaurant.

    Such friendly lovely staff, amazing food, especially the satay chicken on skewers one of the best we have tried thank you for a wonderful evening full of yummy food, our go to Chinese food!
