   Wonderful, unpretentious service. Excellent food. We had steaks, salads, and pork chops. Good wine list. Multiple bars with upscale ambience.

   Told them it was my wife birthday and they did an amazing job making it special with a birthday card and dessert. Very kind server and food was amazing.

   I had prawns over pasta. Food came lukewarm. Shrimp fresh but seasoning was just basil, no lemon. Angel hair didn’t taste freshly cooked. Sorry, they’re usually better.

   The swordfish special was delicious! My daughter had the filet and it was perfect! The wedge salad has a hint of Dijon mustard that was so good!! The “bless your heart” cocktail was so yummy!!!

   My pork chop was raw next to the bone. My wife ordered her filet medium and that was served raw as well. The fried chicken we had for an appetizer was delicious.

    While enjoying my stay in Jax beach having a meal on the last day of our stay at this restaurant made it even more special! My mom and I were greeted with a warm welcome from the host, he asked questions about us, and if we were celebrating and even though we weren’t he still made us feel excited to be there. To my surprise we walk up one flight of steps onto a cozy patio with heat lamps surrounding the top level. I was so impressed that I was comfortable even though there was a chilly sea breeze. Our server was also warm and was very knowledgeable about the menu from the drinks on to the dinner options. We were surprised to see a drink that has the same last name of my mother’s ( Dobson) . We had to ask about it and sure enough our server knew some facts about the drink and the name was from an actress. We thought that was pretty cool. The drink was just as refreshing as it sounded. The prices were affordable for how well tasting the food was I ordered the lamp starter and sides that were suggested by my server. Might I add so delicious and delightful. My mother had a fresh seasonal salad and expressed how fresh the fruits and lettuce were. On our way out the host saw that I had to go food and offered a bag and further concern about our experience. This was and 11/11 restaurant from service to food! Would love to come back again.
