   Had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner with my mom. Chopped salad, grouper imperial and lemon blueberry cake. Steven was very professional knowledgeable and made the evening even better. Thank you Steven and all of the coopers staff for making our Mother’s Day very special.

   A wonderful lunch after going to Sunday church celebrating Mothers Day. An expresso martini, Sancerre white wine, delicious Sebastian oysters, tasty clam chowder soup and Shrimps Martini dish to die for. A well prepared fish sandwich and for dessert a chocolate mousse cake to complete the gastronomical ecstasy. A definite come back and try the dinner menu…

   Pricey! Don’t care loud music during a supp high end restaurant. Underwhelming! Risotto had no seasoning. My prime steak had too much fat, my wife’s filet wasn’t over charred. You’ll do better at Longhorns!

   Cooper's Chophouse has created a fine restaurant experience in what was a casual bar-style restaurant previously (Mr. Manatees). The ambiance now includes a pianist, white tablecloths, and gourmet dishes. The wait staff were very professional and welcoming. We dined on the patio, which really is not a patio as it is enclosed, which really prevents their location on the Indian River from being an asset. We will happily return, as it is a lovely restaurant.

    Great place but the three times we have been there this year they have been out of at least one if not more wines.
