Judy was a rockstar as our server! Always anticipating our needs and awesome to navigate us through our dining experience. Gluten free appetizers, entrees and desserts were outstanding and the wine was great! Looking forward to the Alpharetta opening so we can enjoy closer to home!

We had an 8:30pm reservation and was seated pretty quickly. We did receive our complimentary bread quick. But we did not receive our appetizers or drinks until 9:30pm and we had put our appetizer and drink orders as soon as our waitress came to our table. We did not get to order our dinner until 10pm because our waitress did not come check on us often. When we received our food, some items (red wine braised short rib and mashed potatoes) were great flavorful, good presentation and hot. Other items (short rib risotto) were bland, looked like mush, and cold. This experience overall was disappointing being that I am a repeat customer and have always had a great experience up until last night.

Our server, Jaylen (sp?) was very helpful making suggestions when requested, told us we could sample a couple of wine varieties, had a great sense of humor, and overall took excellent care of us. The restaurant was very busy and food runners brought your dinner to you so nothing sat under heat lamps waiting for a busy server to get back to it. We had 4 different entrees and every one of them was excellent.

We love Coopers Hawk… we’re wine club members so try to get in once a month. We usually sit in the private dining room but lately it’s been so cold in there that it’s hard to enjoy yourself. So last night we sat in a booth in the bar. (It’s really noisy in there so we’ve avoided it) last night we came in early and tried it…it was perfect as was our waiter Reggie! Thank you for another great memory

My friends and I came to Cooper’s twice in one day to celebrate my graduation. We wanted to try the brunch and then the dinner later in the day. It was on a Saturday. Both times, the waiter asked me about any allergies and I stated I’m allergic to sesame. During brunch, the server let me know she would make sure my allergy was taken care of. I ordered the salmon toast and asked what type of bread it comes on as I know sometimes breads have sesame on or in them. She said it was a regular white bread and again that she’d note my allergy. The dish came with sesame seeds that were likely in some sort of everything seasoning that was garnished on top. I thought my allergy was made note of and was going to be taken care of… so they took it back and remade it. Aside from that brunch was good. For dinner we came back and were sat in an area where the lights were super bright, it was very warm in that area and there were so many people and it was very loud. Again I advised the server of my allergy. I ordered the calamari appetizer and started eating a bit of it. When it was first brought out, the served advised that the sauce it came with had sesame so I asked if there was another sauce I could get on the side, to which she was a bit confused but she went to go check. She never brought another side sauce. It wasn’t until the server came to take our entree orders that she told me the calamari was tossed in sesame oil. After I had already eaten some.. so I stopped eating it and patiently waited for our entrees. We literally waited 2 hours. We were sitting there with empty salad plates for 2 hours waiting for entrees. After about an hour and 45 minutes we asked if they could bring our entrees boxed with the checks. 15 minutes later the manager himself brought our entrees out in normal plates. At this point we were so annoyed, we said we asked for them to be brought boxed because we’ve been waiting quite some time. They need to really work on allergies & team communication.

The whole family raved about how great everything was from the drinks to the food. The staff was great and very attentive when it came to food allergies. I truly appreciate all the staff for being mindful and making us aware of the cross contamination. We all left so full and happy. Thank you Cooper’s Hawk😊

Horrible server, manager was not good. Food sub par. This place has really gone down hill. It used to be my favorite place in Orlando. So far on this 12 day trip it was my worst meal and experience.

I made reservations on OpenTable like usual and my daughter and her friend got to the restaurant before me. I love all of the servers so far except for one named Michael , so when I got there and saw he was a server I did not know what to do, but I spoke to Cooper and my favorite server Judy and they nicely switched. everything Was great. The ravioli butternut squash was delicious. The short rib dinner with the mashed potatoes was good. We were so full we did not have room for dessert. Also, we tried the sangria flights, which was on happy hour and all 4 flavors were good.
