I've had a Coopers Hawk membership for several years. The last few times I've eaten there the food continues to come out cold. Last night, the steak was cold, the broccoli was charred perfect but cold and the wasabi potatoes were hardened on the outside. Waited roughly an hour for the food to come and was told it's taking longer b/c my dates ordered her steak Medium-Well.

We have been here several times and tonight had the pleasure of having Danny as our waiter. He was excellent! From his knowledge of the various wines, selections of meals and overall demeanor in making sure we were enjoying every sip and bite.

Food and wine was delicious as always. Service was poor for this evening. Waited way too long for food and drinks to arrive. Also my continued frustration with CH is the rude people who stand and talk at the tasting counter, treating it as a bar. If you want to stand and nurse a sample of wine for 10 minutes each then go to the bar. Tasting is just that, tasting. I get tired of waiting in line to taste every time I’m there because of rude people.

Our server took wonderful care of us. We felt so lucky that when we found our planned restaurant was closed for a holiday party, we were able to make 5:30 reservations for our party of 7 and believe that being at Cooper's Hawk with the fabulous food was WAY better than our original choice. Thank you so much for acomodating us!

While we were seated right away, it was apparent we did not have a server. It took 30 minutes from the time we were sat until we ordered. Everyone was nice, but it was frustrating as we had kids with us. One of our dishes was burnt, and the replacement wasn’t much better. We used to LOVE this place but are going to cancel our membership.

Have been going to Coopers Hawk for quite a while, and feel that the overall experience has diminished a bit. Service is a bit slower, food not quite as good, and prices higher. Overall, still one of the better moderately priced restaurants on the north side of Indy.

We have been wine club members for 9 years and this was the first bad experience we’ve had at this location. We waited 20 minutes at the table before asking to be waited on which wasn’t immediate. The food was good but just warm after it arrived 30 minutes later. This was our first time visiting on a Sunday and probably our last for a weekend visit. Every other visit has been top notch.

I’m guessing they were short staffed. It was pretty busy and it took awhile for waiter to even take our order. One guest received her meal about 10 minutes before the others at the table.
