Great food! I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked. We came at a very busy night. Staff was obviously rushing. Service wasn’t that good unfortunately. It was my date’s first time there and I wanted to treat him to a nice dinner in a popular restaurant. However, his food order was mistakenly sent to a different table so we had to wait for the right one which took a while. He wasn’t impressed with Cooper’s Hawk. :-(

Very disappointing. We were looking forward to our dinner for the first time at Cooper's Hawk and have enjoyed several other "high" end restaurant experiences. While the wine selection was enjoyable the food was extremely subpar especially for the price charged. My wife and I both had the filet. We could barely cut through it even at a temp of medium rare. So already done complaining and already done with Cooper's Hawk.

They were short staffed in the kitchen. My medallions were over cooked and my scallop dish was burnt and they still served it to me. This was my first time here. Maybe it is better when they are not busy but I drove 45 minutes to get there. For the money there are way better places.

The food was awesome! Pot sticker appetizer and we absolutely loved the slaw under the dumplings. The Butternut Squash Ravioli…. Wow, the sauce. Our server was absolutely amazing, she took time to add that personal touch while being absolutely swamped. The only negative was the hostess who refused to swap us tables when we were looking right at three other empty two tops ( yes we had reservations). The waitress realized I was put out, swapped us herself and made for an extraordinary experience!

Took us 10 min to get seated in an empty restaurant with a reservation. About 45 min to get bread. An hour to get food. The waitress had no idea what she was doing. Food, which is usually good, tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. Had to wait forever to get a box and our check, so hunted down another waitress who said there was computer confusion because “iPads were scary.” No apology from the waitress for taking so long. Clueless. Gen Z people are ruining the work force bc they are totally incompetent.

The food was excellent. The service was terrible! We were not sat at our reservation time. We totally understand that happens sometimes. We waited an extra 45 minutes to sit down. Our server needed help. She took our drink and food order. Some of our party received their drinks. We got our dinner and two of the couples in our party still had not received their bottles of wine they had ordered. Had to ask for multiple things throughout the night. I do not recommend going to Coopers Hawk at Christmas time.
