We requested a table in the bar days ago. Once we got to the restaurant, a server gave our table away to a party that didn’t have reservations. We were told to either wait for a table to open up in the bar or go in the dining room. No apologies whatsoever. Very disappointing since I made reservations days ago.

Everything was very good. But the hostesses were a little mean about who can sit where and what you are requesting for. But they allowed people to switch tables at the last minute without confirming with the front.

The Cooper's Hawk (we dined in Morton Grove) is a great place to go to and invite the friends who like to some wine tastings.. We were delighted with the Wine O'Clock offer and enjoyed all appetizers and the wines. The staff was very friendly and polite , I actually had a reservation made but unfortunately was running late, When I called the staff was very nice and reasured us that they will have the table ready for us upon arrival. Great service and experience overall.
