I visit CH on a regular basis (at least 3x a month). I typically always have a great experience at this location! yesterday our requested area was not given to us (bar area because my mother cannot walk well) and we were taken to the dining room and assigned an inexperienced server. Nothing went right. I ordered two sides only because I didn’t want a full meal and was charged for a full meal. My other guests were served cold/hard fries and their burgers lacked condiments. I mentioned we were celebrating my mother’s bday and the server said “ok later I’ll bring a bday treat) shouldn’t this be a surprise? I notified the server prior to ordering that was redeeming two rewards and the bill came with no rewards applied and I was also overcharged for a regular menu item. The manager was prompt to correct it. Our wine was supposed to be resealed so that I can take the rest home with us and the server stuck the cork in it which is not how it’s usually done and pushed all the way into the bottle. Another server came over and apologized for our server, yet our server never once admitted his errors or apologized. What should have been a typical and joyous experience turned into us all being frustrated. I may start to visit other locations after this incident.

Waiter was slow, after sitting almost 20 minutes we had to ask the waiter for some bread. We waited 40-45 minutes for our food. Waiter didn't ck up on us. After she brought our food we noticed we didn't have any silverware so a few minutes passed and we couldn't find our Waiter so I asked another Waiter to bring us silverware and she never did so after another 3-4 minutes we saw our Waiter and I asked for silverware. I asked for a container for my leftovers but never given a bag. I had to ask for a bag at the reservation desk. This was not a pleasant birthday dinner. Not coming back. Very disappointed

Came in for a friends birthday, got seated right away. Cody was soooo nice and knowledgeable about all the wines. He’s probably one of the better servers I’ve had there. Kinda disappointed that they didn’t offer a birthday dessert or sweet treat for my friend.

Made reservations for bar area but they wanted to seat us in dining area. After finally being seated in bar area a host came to our table & asked if we had reservations & if we checked in with the host. We were told we couldn’t just seat our selves (which we didn’t do, a host did in fact seat us)Also, we requested additional bread from our server twice which we never received. We did not enjoy our experience at all!

I’ve been to several Cooper’s Hawk locations but it was my first time at this one. I would definitely go back thanks to the amazing service that I received from our server, Cody and Luz (aka Juice). They were so welcoming and made our service top notch! Haven’t had service like that in awhile! Vibes were great and I had such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
