   If I wasn’t a loyal customer, I probably wouldn’t go back. The mashed potatoes were running the Aji tuna looked almost shredded and we only saw the server maybe three times.

   Thanksgiving dinner for 6. 6:45 reservation. Didn't get food to start coming till 8:30, in which main course which was cold and dry (turkey) came before the soup. Took it back twice. 2 peoples food came out at one time so the 6 were not eating together. No apology just the expensive bill for a terrible dinner.

   Excellent restaurant that does it right. Food quantity and quality was great and served by super server Ashleigh (40081) who was superb. There is one minor complaint however - The wait for a table (even with a reservation) is excessive. I feel 15 minutes is acceptable but it can be much more on a busy night.

   Very busy & crowded on Thanksgiving. Service was excellent but they seated us late which I believe was unavoidable. Traditional meal was good but wasn’t as hot as it should have been. We dine here often & it’s one of our favorite restaurants.

   With a reservation we were 45 minutes late to get seated. We were seated in the outside area, even though we gave a booth as preference. The floor outside was not clean. We ordered the turkey special, which included a slud of dark meat underneath. The potatoes and stuffing were served as scoops, with beans and carrots tossed on top. We had to wait for bread, which came under-baked. This was the Cooper's Hawk in Surprise. I feel they way over-booked reservations, thereby under-serving the surplus of customers. The last holiday we booked was St Patrick's Day, when turkey ran out of corned beef and cabbage by 3:30! From now on we will drive all the way to Scottsdake, where we have always had good experience.

   Thanksgiving day meal......Had reservation for 3:15......got seated at 3:45.....not sure what good the reservation did for our table........Prices have gone too far......This could be our last visit here. We have already written off Firebirds because of menu prices

   Bellissima! We went on Thanksgiving, although we had reservations there was still quite a wait, but with the tasting room and bar, it went quickly! The meal was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I highly recommend!

   The restaurant was very busy our reservation was to be in the bar area at 2:45 we were seated at a table in the 2nd restaurant area it was noisy but I believe the staff did a good job getting the food out to people once you were seated. The food was very good and warm our waiter was good so with the amount of people they did a good job

    Wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, turkey, stuffing, etc. Soup and dessert also great. Will definitely come back next year for Thanksgiving.
