   The food was delicious and the drinks are amazing! This is actually our second time visiting Copa and I feel like I have to go back again so I can continue trying their amazing dishes.  7 PM on a Friday night, we were greeted with dim lighting and an energetic atmosphere with live music at just the right level.  Honestly can’t wait to go back again because there’s plenty more drinks to try.

   Nice little restaurant with a good bar. The tappas plates were large and they have a good selection of conventional sized plates for those less inclined to share. Great location!

   We came to COPA with two other couples and we all enjoyed our food and the ambiance was great! They had a musician playing the congas, it was a great time and would definitely go again and try other tapas.

   Had a great experience at copa, went on Monday for vinyl night and they had a secret menu that gets u free tapas at the bar. Food what’s great, the steak aguachile is delicious, fresh and with a kick. Also try the empanadas sampler all and each one was better than the previous one. Cocktails were great love the mezcalita tamarindo. For the dessert we had the best tres leches I’ve ever had and the brigadeiro were a nice surprised since I’ve never had them before. Overall a great experience with excellent service and ambiance.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Copa - Destiny our server took great care of us, tapas was delicious as was the cocktails and wine selection. It’s my personal go to at the Vintage area - lively ambience and menu selection.

   The ambiance was great but having to keep track of the food each had was not a pleasant experience. I have been a server for different franchises and I never seen or heard of too many people to have their own check

   It was an amazing Valentine’s dinner. Owner and chef stepped out and spoke with us . Love the ambiance and will definitely try to come out again.

   We were greeted immediately by the host and lead us to our table. Right away our server greeted us and took our order. Server, host and bartender were friendly and courteous. Food was excellent and atmosphere was great.

   Nice little hole in the wall. We went there last night and enjoyed delicious tapas and a few glasses of wine. It was Valentine’s Day so the tables were closely packed together, and the place was very crowded. Despite that, we will definitely go back when it’s not a special occasion. To me, that says a lot about the place…

    Went to COPA for our first time on Valentines Day. Glad we made a reservation but they were doing an excellent job of trying to seat people without one. 6:45 was perfect. By 8:00 it was as very busy. Crowded. Tried various tapas and all were good. Beef empanadas as well. The cinnamon roll dessert topped with ice cream was a little crispy on the bottom but it didn’t stop us from eating it all! The staff was very helpful and Shannon the kitchen manager made sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Will definitely go back and try something different from the menu. The musician added a nice touch but at times it was hard to have a conversation. I would definitely recommend you give it a try though.
