Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Terrific first experience. Great service from all staff. Food was wonderfully presented and delicious. We sat at the bar and everybody cleaned their plates. Highly recommend.

What happened to the gem you used to be? The food has changed too - where was the farro or couscous (I forget which was supposed to come with the Salmon) All we got was a nice piece of fish literally swimming in sauce and buried under greens. It just wasn't the same. You're a good restaurant - get back to being great We will be back, just not sure when....

We thought the food was good and different. We're going to go back so we can try some other things. Their high-end booze is also reasonably priced . Of course reasonable is a relative term but I thought it was a much better deal than the bars on Scottsdale Road.

I had an amazing dinner here before leaving the area. The bacon wrapped dates were perfection! The pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever had. The freshness and flavorful ingredients consumed me, in a good way! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The outdoor patio is lovely and perfect for a late night out.

Fantastic food and ambience at Copper and Sage. Quality food and ingredients. Started with the deviled eggs and bacon wrapped dates and then had the blackened fish tacos, salmon, pasta and steak. Everyone loved their dishes. We can’t wait to go back

The food was good and priced reasonably. Our service was bad. It took 15 minutes items to get our drinks. The waiter never checked back after food was served. Someone needed a dish for mussel shells and we wanted to order a bottle of wine.
