   Our waiter was very nice and genuine. It was weird they have Christmas music still going, almost like everyone is that tuned out and don’t notice. Food was ok, but the fries were actually pretty good. Not a bad hotel lobby restaurant.

   The menu has improved and offers a variety of traditional American food. The portions were generous. We enjoyed the fish and chips, a French dip, and a Patty Melt. We had a choice of French fries, onion rings or a dinner salad with our entrees. Everything was well-prepared and very good.

   We made our reservation on game night, I was able to book a table immediately on the site so we thought that meant it wasn’t that busy. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and sat within a couple minutes. The host brought us water and told us the waiter would be by shortly. There were a few tables in there, but not bustling by any means. Almost 10 minutes passed before our waiter greeted us. Yes, he was busy and seemed like he was the only waiter working, but he didn’t even say hello to us in passing, didn’t make any attempt to let us know he’d be there in a minute- nothing. So we already felt disappointed. When he finally arrived at our table my husband asked if it was going to be a long wait because we had to make to to the game in about an hour, and the waiter said yes, and explained that they only had two cooks in the kitchen. I totally understand that, but not greeting your table at all and just walking passed them repeatedly without a single word is unacceptable to me. We left the restaurant. Please train your staff to at least communicate to your customers within the first few minutes of them being sat. The host was great!

   Quiet. Service impeccable. One simple sheet menu keeping it easy to select something. Large portions, enough to share or take home to enjoy later. Reasonably priced.

   Great food and awesome ambience. We came to dinner around 6:00pm and the Wait staff seemed more focused on cleaning and mopping the dining room than serving us. Cleaning should be done after closing.

   Food was good, but nothing spectacular. Drinks were about the same. It wasn't at all busy, yet they sat everyone next to each other. The waitress was good. Location is fantastic for a pre-game meal/drink.

    When we arrived there restaurant had no idea we had a booking. We waited to be seated and then waited a long time for a server to attend to us. When we got served it took ages for our food to come out and 3 of us got food and they forgot to make the 4 meal so we waited again ages for the last meal. The food was cold because we had waited so long and therefore was not up to standard as it should be with an open table booking. We were all disappointed. It seemed like the staff didn’t know what they were doing.
