              After living in SC for the last two years, we missed the variety of dining choices NC has to offer. We craved the complex flavors we knew Copper has and they delivered 100%!

              We absolutely loved this restaurant. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding. It was our first time and we look forward to many more enjoyable experiences there.

              Copper always exceeds our expectations. Incredible food and fabulous service. We came to celebrate a birthday and every person who talked with us, said “happy birthday” AND they brought us a birthday dessert. Still have leftovers in the fridge but already looking forward to our next visit!!

              My husband and I had a great experience at Copper last night. We loved the ambience of the house, the calming music, and quiet atmosphere that allowed deep conversations --something increasingly hard to find in restaurants. Our server was very attentive and gracious. The menu wasn't overly large, but had so many delicious-sounding dishes to offer. We ordered the garlic naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, seafood medley from the "new" Indian cuisine menu, and a couple of drinks. The Tikka was rich and very tender with a sauce I wanted to keep on spooning onto the basmati rice until it was gone -- and that wasn't even the dish I ordered! The seafood medley with prawns, crab, scallop and a spiced coconut sauce with grapes and figs was was beautifully presented. All the fruit in the rich, mild sauce made it feel really luscious and decadent, but I felt the bits of fig, though delicious, made the dish a bit too sweet for me to eat only this dish; I needed a different flavor as a break for my palate. So, we traded dishes halfway through. My husband, who has a real sweet tooth loved the seafood and I loved the Tikka. We both plan to go back next time we're in Charlotte.
