   Met friends for brunch. It’s a very comfortable room to visit over a long brunch. Wait staff moved things on the pace we set: no waiting but never hurried us. The food is good but not great. The Hollandaise could use a touch more white pepper and a bit more lemon, but was very creamy and smooth. As to price, it’s in a hotel so you pay more, but the low noise and wonderful ambience makes it worth it. We had a four top near the fireplace on a rainy day. Hard to beat!

   Nice restaurant, but somewhat brisk service and the main course of duck was underwhelming. Small and overcooked portions.

   Went there for brunch. My wife had the bagel and lox. Bagel was not toasted. They did replace. Just strange it wouldn’t be toasted. Service was decent. Been there for dinner before. Was better.

   Overall, disappointing. The charcuterie was good but I was served salmon for my main when I clearly stated to the server, twice, that I would have the wagyu burger. I rejected the salmon and did not bother with a further main dish. My wife’s blackened steak salad was severely lacking in steak bites. Over-rated and over-priced.

   The food was mediocre for the price. When making the reservation they ask if there is a special occasion and I said anniversary, so I assumed something special would be included. But nothing which is fine. Nothing wow’d me more disappointed

   Nicest restaurant in the area. The neighborhood uses it for special nights, so reservations recommended. They still use seed oils for frying so you can skip the chips sadly.
