                                                                                    The service was excellent — very attentive and professional. The Caesar salad was outstanding, and my steak was cooked perfectly to a proper medium-rare. Unfortunately, the steak itself was quite tough and grainy, which was disappointing given the restaurant’s strong reputation. That said, my server was exceptional, quickly offering to exchange the dish or bring me something else. I chose to stick with my meal this time, but I appreciate the attentive care. I fully expect to return and try again, as I believe this was likely an uncommon experience.

                                                                                    This couldn’t have been a mored hospitable restaurant. Andrea the manager greeted us and made sure we had the best time as this was our first time. Mario our server was great. He knew the menu like he created it and was very funny. The food was outstanding! You have to try the carrot cake. Highly recommend for any occasion.

                                                                                    The chef here doesn’t have any idea on how to make linguini carbonara. Even after I asked for it to be cooked dry, it came out looking like a bowl of white, thick soup. The flavor was barely acceptable, but the presentation was an abomination. Others in my party were served acceptable, but not noteworthy meals. Coppolillo’s has dropped down to the bottom of the otherwise good Italian restaurants in Lake County.

                                                                                    Food was great ! Our server was super nice! However , we had a 7:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:00! Service was super slow, took forever to get our drink order and then to get our drinks! We were starving! Had to ask for Bread!
