Cordelia, a name whose origin in some Celtic cultures means “daughter or heart of the sea”, draws on regional culinary influences from Spain, Portugal, Asia, and the Americas – focusing on areas that use high heat charcoal to coax the best out of fish, alongside a diverse offering of conserva, crudo and cured seafood.

Opening Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Every dish was delicious. We ordered a lot because we had a party of 9 and every single dish we had, we all loved.

A real find - seafood cooked over charcoal. The food is some of the best I have had and service top notch. A great addition to Union Market. Can’t wait to return.

This is far and away the best restaurant in Union market even set up against all of the Starrs (intended); if you really enjoy seafood then I would proffer best in the city. The dry aged salmon rounded out one of my best meals to date. This immediately became my neighborhood goto.

The restaurant is beautiful!!! Very elevated with beautiful Interior. Food was really good, however the shrimp were overcooked quite a bit. The staff was amazing and really made the night special!

We had a great server named Danny on the grand opening night to the public. He gave us a very in-depth explanation of the menu, this made us get a little bit of everything. We got the blue fin tuna crudo, the smoked trout veloute, the coal roasted oysters (star of the show), the large plate sea bass with salsa verte, the brussel sprouts, and the crispy potatos brava, then ended the meal with the sweet potato tart & espresso. We had the sherry cobbler & falling into place cocktails to start, followed by two glasses of the robola with our fish. Everything was delicious and the charcoal oven really adds a unique flavor to all of the dishes. The side potatos was the most mid thing we ate, and that says a lot. We loved the atmosphere and the prices were crazy. We are big fans of Clyde’s, so we were stoked for Cordelia’s to open!

The food was amazing and the staff were so attentive and kind. The salmon crudo, smoked trout chowder, and the mushrooms were our favorites.
