We had reservations for 6:45 (we arrived 5 mins early) but didn’t get seated until 7:05. Over an hour before our food to arrive. Bread rolls ran out by the time we got seated. It was Christmas Day so I get the craziness. Our Wagyu steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The prime rib was tender and delicious. One star off because the whole point of making a reservation is to not have to wait.

Amazing Christmas dinner and cocktails! Their tiramisu dessert cocktail paired with the peanut butter pie is a heavenly combination. First time eating here and we will be back!

Picked this restaurant bc my son has food allergies and they claimed that server would discuss allergies upon our arrival. I called ahead of time to provide list of allergies. Server never Discussed allergies upon our being seated. In fact we saw our server twice. Gave order to someone else. Waited 30 minutes for our food. Restaurant not adequately staffed. Food was good but not worth the wait. And don’t over promise and under deliver. No excuse for not discussing life threatening food allergies.

Our waiter, Jonathan, was attentive. Service was excellent; almost over-the-top. Ahi Tuna Bruschetta was excellent. Squash bisque was superb. Salmon was moist and perfectly prepared per our request. Parking is easy to find and close by. Although the restaurant is affiliated with the Marriott Hotel, it stands alone for excellence. We will eat there again on our next trip to Austin.

The staff was very accommodating when asked to be moved to a quieter area as there were two big parties that were a bit noisy. It’s holiday time and I think they were holiday office parties.

Disappointed. No where did it say this is in the Marriot. I guess if you are staying there, maybe it is worth it. Will never go back, nor recommend. We did not have a good server either. And they actually all seemed stressed.....not a good vibe for a meal.
