Got the oxtail ravioli. It was 6 of them and maybe a total of a tablespoon of oxtail in the whole dish. This seemed to be more of a starter than an entree.

The place was smaller than we expected, which was a plus. Our waiter was very attentive. The food came out perfectly timed. We ordered bread and ceasar salads to start, and our entree was spaghetti and meatballs; lasagna. There are too many onions on the spaghetti, and the lasagna is not enough meat in the sauce, but the flavors of both were good. I ordered a glass of chardonnay (no sweet wines except bubbly), which was light and very good. I will come back for happy hour and try more wine.

The service was MUCH better than my last visit to Corso. Everything was great, and enjoyed catching up with friends. Nice to see Corso is back on top in Shirlington!

Having been there for dinner, once I was a bit disappointed in the brunch, in general. Food was just so so and service not so great.

Corso Italian – Arlington’s Best Kept Secret (But Not for Long!) I have officially found my new favorite restaurant—and trust me, if you haven’t been to Corso Italian, you are seriously missing out! From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Let’s talk about their all-you-can-eat brunch—because WOW. Every dish is an absolute masterpiece, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with authentic Italian flavors. Whether you’re indulging in their perfectly crafted pastas, the mouthwatering antipasti, or the endless flowing mimosas, every bite feels like a celebration. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience. But what truly takes Corso Italian to the next level is the service, and JR is an absolute rockstar! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel like VIPs—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure every guest has the best possible time. His energy and dedication are unmatched, and it’s rare to find someone who can elevate an already fantastic dining experience to pure perfection. Corso Italian is hands down the best spot in Arlington—whether it’s brunch, dinner, or just drinks with friends. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go ASAP—you’ll thank me later!

In its prior iteration as Cheesetique, Corso has always had very solidly good food and a terrific wine list, including by the glass. That continues, but I really enjoy the new cocktails! I tried the Corso Sour last night, and it's my new favorite! I wish I could eat more -- it's always so hard to choose between a pasta or an entree!

Very nice customer service, great food, and excellent atmosphere. Although, it is a very small establishment— they do a great job with the space provided.

We went to restaurant week at Corso. The food was all incredible, the service was excellent and it was a perfect spot for date night. We will absolutely be returning soon.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and couldn’t have been more pleased. The service is top notch, the ambiance was very welcoming and to top that off, the food was amazing. The owner, Jill came over and greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary and to see if everything was alright. Her GM, JR was awesome. If you haven’t been there you really need to get going. Don’t take my word for it, give them a try. You’ll be glad you did!

Went with some friends for dinner. Happened to be restaurant week. You could only do the full three course meal, no a la carte ordering, which was ok. Ordered campanelle with sausage. Tasted fine, small portion, and almost no sausage. Main entree I got the steak (paid the $9 supplement). Terrible. Ordered medium, came out more than well done. Tried to eat one slice, very dry. Had to send it back. Waiter was kind and had them replace the steak. New steak came out when everyone else was done eating. But it was still overcooked, prob a med well. I kept it and ate a few pieces. It was bland and under salted. Potatoes on side were cooked unevenly, some were still hard. Dessert was fine. Wine was good. Service was fine. Won’t be returning. Food just wasn’t great.
