   Great evening! Food was delicious.. interesting flavors, perfectly cooked, fun to share .. especially the large plates sharing tacos.. chicken and pork. Yum. Fun drinks Great server Gil.

   Cosmica’s very best feature was Gilly’s excellent service. Great vibe in the restaurant, very lively & fun. The garlic shrimp was delicious and the painkiller was perfect, served in a fun tiki glass! The roast 1/2 chicken was a huge serving.

   We had a marvelous dinner tonight at Cosmica before going to a play at the Huntington Calderwood theatre! Cosmica is charming. Great atmosphere. Quiet tonight (but in the spring I expect it to be hopping.) The drinks were yummy. We started with an M & M (MEZCAL and AMARO MONTENEGRO -- and it went down fine) and a glass of pinot noir, and shared Guacamole & Chips. For our mains, I had the tuna tostadas and my better half the CampEChano Tacos. A chocolate mousse closed the dinner. Delightful!

   Server gave great vibes and assisted in making our special night a smooth experience. DJ played some jazzy tunes that added to the spicy ambience of the venue. The food was up to par, but did not excite and the portions were quite small. Overall value was not met based on price, but it was enjoyable. End of story, there are better Mexican spots in the city.

   Tacos were all so great, the chocolate mousse at the end was not the greatest. Server was taking things little by little away from our table to make it a point that we should start to get going, and at the end said we have to leave because there is another reservation. Understandable that it was Valentine’s Day, but felt very transactional on a day to make a special dinner.

    Overall experience was not worth the price and hype of the restaurant. The price did not match the food quality. It was better off to eat at chipotle 5 times than to eat here.
