   We were excited to try something new in Delray... unfortunately, this place was just fair. The caesar salad was fine, but both orders of hangar steak (which the waiter highly recommended) came out so rare (one was ordered medium, one was ordered medium well) that one was sent back, they other was just eaten but it was not good. The salmon was fine. The fish of day was so drowning in sauce it could have been anything. The waiter definitely felt bad that the steaks were not done right he comped us two desserts which were also only... fair. The restaurant was also pretty empty on a Saturday night which wasn't a great sign, being in the middle of Atlantic Ave.

   Hi Dina. Sorry Costa was not a win for you. Your server and staff really tried to make sure you left satisfied, it seems we were not successful. We all truly work diligently to treat every guest like family with a warm and inviting approach. The steak returned was med-well, it was checked with a proper temperature reading. Your steak was then cooked per your liking to well done. Our locally caught Red Snapper dish is a favorite, It is served in a bowl over coconut lemon grass broth with seabeans and passionfruit Curd. Its intended to be a brothy dish. It seems the dish was misunderstood. I'm not sure how to quickly explain to you off season traffic flow in downtown Delray Beach or why the volume when you arrived at 8:30pm was not to your liking either.    Not sure why the system let me make the reservation for Sunday night. We arrived to the restaurant on time at 7:30PM to find out that the restaurant was closed. Chairs were all stacked up on the tables. A person told us that the restaurant was closed until Tuesday.

   We arrived & ordered drinks. You were out of scotch & Bombay. Our waiter was also the bartender so service was not good. We asked for water it was warm, I mean almost hot. Then we ordered apps & dinner. You were out of the hangar steak & salmon so we paid for our drinks & left. Our bill for just the drinks was $80. I didn’t even have time to drink mine. Sadly, we will never return to this restaurant.

   Eileen. You arrived at Costa on a busy evening, after our dinner rush. Our apologies that by the time you joined us to dine we had just run out of our two most popular dishes. We're a boutique style restaurant and bring in fresh product daily. We do not carry the scotch or Bombay that you requested. Costa's scotch and Gin options are diverse and equally as brilliant as your preferred liquor. Your server tried his best to make you happy with suggestions to replace what "you" wanted. We have a quaint outdoor bar that seats four people, our outdoor server also covers these 4 bar seats. You had plenty of time to enjoy your drinks and you never ate with us. You choose to leave because of the above mentioned reasons. Not quite sure how this experience warrants a 1star review. Costa Management

   I chose to sit outside on a a beautiful Friday night and the weather was perfect. The handsome and charming Anthony was my server are he was fantastic! I started with a lovely cheese plate and Anthony paired it with a delicate white wine. For my entree, I chose the Wagu filet special and added the truffle fries and roasted Brussels Sprout. Once again, Anthony was spot on with a delicious red wine. My filet was spectacular! To end the evening. I had a piece of key lime pie. Service and food was outstanding! I def recommend.

   It was out first time dining at Costa. We evacuated for Hurricane Milton and LOVE Delray Beach so we’ve been trying the local breakfast spots all week. Costa is as good as it gets. Without asking the kind hostess brought a high chair for our son to our table and installed it immediately. Barman came over to take our drink order promptly and brought us some delicious house brew coffee, cream and sugar on the side. My wife ordered the Berry Paradise French Toast which was a very large serving and smelled and tasted amazingly fresh and fruity! I ordered “The Fat Cochon” an eggs Benedict with pork belly and brown butter hollandaise sauce. This dish was CRAZY good. Biscuits were fluffy and held the eggs, pork belly, and that sauce. It was perfect! We got our 16 month old the chocolate chip pancakes which admittedly he didn’t go after as hard as my wife and I did! They were really good and fluffy. Service was tremendous and really loved the vibe of this restaurant. Everything is local sourced, fresh, and tasted as such! Totally recommend for brunch. Thank you!

    Excellent place with a very cool menu. Healthy but you would never know it (just the way I like it). Highly recommend.
