   My wife, two daughters, and I love dining at Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in Columbia! You can find us here often! The variety of meats is delicious! Our favorites are the lamb chops, leg of lamb, ribeye, House Special (Picanha), and filet mignon wrapped in bacon. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism, attention to details, and great customer service in presenting the meats at our desired temperature. Moreover, the bar of hot food such as kale, mashed potatoes, rice, and black beans are tasty. The cold bar is an amazing selection of fresh salads, fresh vegetables, pasta salads, awesome chicken salad, salmon, shrimp cocktail, and many more options. We also love the soup! The management staff and servers make you feel welcomed at this restaurant. We love the ambiance and it is a great place for families, friends, and colleagues to fellowship in a small party or even large ones for birthday celebrations, retirement parties, or whatever the occasion. You will not be disappointed in this restaurant. In fact, you will come back again.

   The food was great! Very filling and the meats just kept on coming! Our reservation was at 4:15 and we were done by 5:20! Yet we are SO much. The vegetable pasta salad was my personal favorite. We enjoyed the service from our server Azi, and the gaucho’s who brought meats constantly! The creme brûlée was also amazing! The best we’ve had and we try creme brûlée at every restaurant we go to!

   Had an amazing experience! Our waiter was more than knowledgeable since it was our first time here! The drinks were great and the food was amazing! Will book again to come back.

   Enjoyed the Brazilian style dinner for Valentine’s day. Waited just a few minutes after my reservation time and was seated. Food was exceptional. Enjoyed a 2.5 hour dining experience. Servers ensured we always received the desired meat choices. Was never rushed to turn over the table. Will definitely come back.

   We dined at the Columbia, SC location. Even with our cards flipped to green, we had to continuously request for the food servers to bring meat to our table. We have visited Rioz multiple times and were hoping for a similar experience, however it was not even comparable. There were many items that we were never even offered. Very disappointed in our experience.

   I am a fan of Brazilian steakhouses and have been to several, but this was my favorite! The meats were all flavorful and of course plentiful with the brisket and lamb chops taking the top prizes for me. I dont come to these places for salads and sides but the offerings were on par with what one might expect. I did enjoy the cheese bread very much and was pleasantly surprised by warm grilled garlic bread being served by the gauchos! Desserts were brought around on a platter and all options looked enticing. I opted for New York Cheesecake and was not disappointed. The staff was really nice and service was excellent! The atmosphere lacked refinement in my opinion but typical of old town style downtown locations. Acoustics allowed for a louder environment but my wife and I were able to have conversation without straining to be heard. I found prices for desserts and drinks to be lower than expected and added to the value of this location. Overall very satisfied with my experience here at Cowboys and would definitely return.
