   This place wasn’t terrible, but I definitely had my hopes up for a nice dinner, being a Brazilian steakhouse. The ambience in this place wasn’t good. There are bright LED ceiling lights throughout, and a few chic and dim chandeliers above the buffet only. The entire restaurant was way too bright of lighting and needed to be dimmed for dinner hours. I visited for an intimate date night for my bf’s bday, and there were several large groups seated all around us, all of which were incredibly noisy and obnoxious. The food was decent, but a lot of the meats were way too heavily salted in my opinion. Of the 12-14 guacho options, I really liked 2-3 of the meats and 2 other non-meat options. The cinnamon sugar grilled pineapple was amazing! The buffet of sides was mediocre, not much more than you’d expect from any old buffet. The crème brûlée birthday dessert and Brazilian birthday song by the waitstaff was great, very nice of them! Our waitstaff was kind and attentive to start, but then we didn’t see anyone for quite some time after finishing our meal. Overall, not terrible but not a steakhouse I’d return to. I’ve since learned the Brazilian steakhouse downtown is much nicer if you’re looking for a good one.

   Unfortunately one of the worst Brazilian steak houses I’ve ever been too. The only meat that wasn’t overcooked was the picanha, everything else was well done, tough or dry. Staff was nice, no issue with service but food was terrible.

   Great place! Meats were well seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! Should have gone earlier in the day so that we could have experienced all the different options. Will definitely go again!

   We have bought this group on 1-2 times per year for the last 6 years and have been so happy with trading the wine we don't drink for desserts we will enjoy. This time however, our server told us that CBS no longer does this. The groupon was only worth it, when this was a factor. My family doesn't drink and once you factor in all of the tax and gratuity y'all pack on top, it's more expensive than it's worth. This change will ultimately stop our family from coming back.

   Restaurant was very clean, organized, delightful staff. Lamb chops were wonderful. Bacon wrapped Chicken was somewhat dry. Beef choices were ok, but a little overdone to our liking, however seasoned delicious. Salad bar selections were wonderful and delightfully displayed. Very very clean- which was so nice to see. Beverages were very good. Desserts yummy!

   We only had a choice of 5 meats. I asked for well done because I don't eat rare meat. They said they would bring me some but never seen it. Wasn't a variety like description says. Mushroom gravy Wasn't the usual when we have been there several times before. Had grease in it.

   Very attentive staff. The one word we used for the food collectively was fresh. Really enjoyed the whole experience!

    I don't recommend being seated in the side/back rooms. Most times we were forgotten by the servers bringing the meat around, or they ran out of meat before they made it to our section which resulted in us waiting even longer for the next go round.
