Coyote Creek Steakhouse & Saloon opened the doors in June 2007 in
the historic downtown Rock Springs area. Our unique and historic
building, combined with exceptional food and a lively atmosphere,
is something you will not find anywhere else in the area. Take a break
from the everyday, join us for lunch in the afternoon or drop by for
dinner in the evening; sitting by the fireplace or maybe enjoying one
of our famous drinks at the bar. In addition to great food and an
unsurpassed atmosphere, we make every effort to ensure timely,
friendly service that will keep you coming back. Coyote Creek
provides a touch of elegance, mixed with the Wild West that only
Wyoming could offer.

We would ask that on the day or your reservation, if you are running late, please let us know. We hold reservations for 20 minutes past the appointed time, then they are given to other customers.

Service was poor food cold waited a long time for first drink and our salad and bread came out less than 5 minutes before main entree. Food very cold. It was New Year’s Eve and our anniversary. Very disappointed. We will not be going back.

This was our anniversary dinner. We had an awesome dining experience. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This place was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday! I even got a cheesecake to take home and eat later on the house...no complaints at all, very pleasurable.

Food was tasty and quickly served. However, we found the vegetable portions laughably small. To include grilled asparagus being mentioned as a side vegetable in a dish is a great selling point, but then you get your meal and there are only four pieces of asparagus. I'd almost rather have honeyed carrots.

Coyote Creek's the best restaurant in Rock Springs. It's got the best food, ambiance and service. If you want the best in Rock Springs, this is it.

The food was very delicious, and, the server, who had only been employed there, for 3 weeks, did an AMAZING job of taking care of us! Our over all experience was very good!

The food was great. We where on our way through. Our son had just graduated from wyotec. When my mother-in-law wanted steak. Found this place on open table got the reservation. It was great.

The spaghetti carbonara was gooey from way too much egg yolk and served lukewarm. The creme brûlée was not particularly good either. Both of these recipes are relatively simple, I just don't think the chef cares that much. Our server was attentive and nice. Options in town are somewhat limited, but I would not recommend this restaurant.

It started off fine. A table was seated next us, and we shared the same waitress. They received their food 20 minutes before us, and we were there 30 minutes before them. My daughter's hamburger was dry with little cheese. My other daughter's fries were kinda gross, but they both are it because they were hungry. My husband's steak was over cooked, and dry. Again he ate it because he was hungry. My steak was burned, not cooked the way I asked. But we didn't want to send our food back so we dealt with it. My baked potato did not come with butter or sour cream. The waitress took my drink cup, and did not return it. The appetizer was very delicious though. We would have spoke to the waitress but she was busy, and we didn't want to have to wait for them to recook the food. I also saw a cook and a female employee arguing near the kitchen. This was definitely not a very enjoyable experience.
