   Always like Craft by Smoke and fire good quality meat and awesome drinks only the wagyu burger was dried on bun was not good

   Overall it was fine. We’re pretty sure they forgot the dressing on my wife’s salad and the chicken she ordered on that salad was so dry it needed to be chewed for a full business day. My loaded burrito with the hot chicken was good though! Service was good and friendly. Not too busy inside about 90 minutes before a Kings game.

   I was excited to visit this location. I had visited the Anaheim location and fell in love, so when my son wanted to celebrate his 14th birthday here I was game. Our party of 5 was there a tad bit early and was seated right away. They were out of everything. I was already disappointed because the menu is different from the other location. We tried to enjoy ourselves even though nothing we had hoped for was able to be ordered. Our waiter had no personality and made us feel rushed. He wasn’t rude at all just not enjoyable. They half cleaned the table before we got there. Overall it wasn’t horrible however we will never return. The food we did order wasn’t good at all my youngest was the only one who enjoyed his food.

   I liked being able to make a same day reservation before the Kings game. We were late but they still were able to seat us outdoors. Enjoyed seeing the fans walking by. The service was great & our waiter was very friendly. We had the grilled cheese brisket with mac & cheese. Also the brisket fries. We only had an hour till the game so we were glad to have fast service with food & drinks. Affordable food that was hearty & delicious. Highly recommend before the game. Will visit again.

   They were definitely understaffed given the rush for the Kings game. Even though I had a reservation once we proceeded, it took 15 minutes to get a drink 30 minutes just to get our appetizer and an hour to get our food. They were out of ranch dressing.

   The restaurant really treated me horribly by asking to to open a table after only 45 mins being seated. They made a dinner a horrible experience and clearly did not value the $55 I spent there.

   We had dinner recently and couldn’t have been more disappointed in the entire experience. We waited a very long time to be seated even though we had reservations, they were clearly understaffed. The table was dirty and not set. We waited 45 for a cocktail and after our food came we were still waiting for our silverware and napkins. I tried the Birria tacos that were recommended by the waiter . There was so grease on the plate I assumed it was the dipping sauce, sadly it was just a puddle of grease. It was just gross. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good greasy chili burger anytime, but this was just a hot mess. My husband had the grilled cheese brisket which was tasty but also so soggy it was unappetizing. Left hungry. How does this place stay in business?

   Absolutely disappointed, the food was awful, the service terrible, they were out of so much stuff. They brew their own beer and were out of several. I will not go back and I will not recommend this place. Our Smoke and Fire that’s a fast food restaurant was 1000% better than this upscale restaurant.

    We checked in a few minutes early for our reservation and when we sat down told the server that we were going to the Kings hockey game. We ordered immediately and ordered 2 simple entrees. Our meal didn’t arrive till 7:20. I couldn’t order dessert since we had to rush and eat to make it to the game which we arrived 15 minutes late.
