   Our server forgot to place our appetizer orders. Slow service. Water refills were not in a timely manner. Served hot food before place settings.

   Horrible service from our server! Waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Food was all cold when it finally came to our table. Food was not spaced out properly. Received all our entrees first and 10 minutes later our appetizer finally came out. Server told me I should have told her I wanted my appetizer and salad first. Come on, really?????

   The place smells like an old jock strap . We sat there for 15 to 20 minutes and absolutely nobody waited on us . It a beer bar

   The service was not really ready to take a table. They told us to “sit wherever,” then never served us. We left and went elsewhere.

   The food was good, but the music was SO LOUD that the waiter misunderstood our drink order and brought chardonnay instead of cabernet wine. He never came back with the correct one, and we had to chase him down to have it taken off the bill. Pretty much ruined the experience . Won't go back.

    Trying to dine here was one of the most disappointing experiences in my life. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for our table. The server was slow and apathetic. Worse yet, despite having been assured over the phone by a manager in advance of the reservation that a diner with celiac disease could be accommodated, it was clear that the server had no knowledge of of the dietary requirements of one with celiac disease. She was so clueless she even offered items with breading and/or buns as "safe" options...um, no. When we finally ordered what was deemed "safe" it took the food nearly 45 minutes to come from the kitchen. When the food arrived. it was clear that cornbread had been placed on the plate and then removed before making its way to the table (crumbs and oil marks evident on the "safe" meat tray). So, after nearly 1.5 hours after our reservation time, we chose to leave voluntarily because it was clear that this restaurant does not have a systematic procedure for managing the dietary restrictions of their guests. If a restaurant is not equipped to manage diners with allergies and dietary restrictions (from host to server to kitchen), they should really be upfront for the safety of their guests.
