the food at Craft is imaginative, very well presented, exceptionally tasty and just the right amount. in particular the combinations of ingredients were good and the presentation creative. dining in a pod was a novel experience, a very good idea for both social distancing and something different. Service was good, friendly and efficient, a good combination. The downside was the value aspect. i was using a voucher which made it good value, the full price menu was on the pricey side, however, it was overall a memorable meal.

The food was delicious, really enjoyed the evening and all the staff were very friendly. The only down side was we had been bought this meal by friends via Groupon voucher. The voucher included a drink and a three course meal, we asked when we arrived what drinks were included in our voucher and we were led to believe we could have the drinks we had ordered, G&T and a glass of wine. When the bill came we had been charged £25 for our drinks when I queried this I was told our free drink was the bottle of tap water we had been given on arrival. I would suggest moving forward you're more clear about this.

Staff were friendly , service was slightly slow , drinks were ordered and chased with two servers . The weather impacted on service as no cover between walkway and pods so plates were wet . Did mention plates weren’t warm and food was cold on main although flavor and presentation was amazing . Was told restaurant were looking to get closch to cover plates moving forward although that didn’t really effect our service . Table was sticky where had been wooed down , not enough cutlery in pod , but prepped for next guests . Food looked and tasted amazing but service was let down by cold plates and food and slow service .
