   Our experience was awful. We ordered 3 appetizers. A few minutes later we were notified 2 of the appetizers were unavailable. We ordered 2 other options.After 45 minutes we still had no appetizers. I was informed they were out of my entree selection. I made a second choice. Appetizers came out. Ranch dressing for salad was watery and sparse . I was then notified that they were out of my second choice for entree. I made a third selection. Food came out. Chicken was bland. Unable to cut it with a butter knife as no other knife was provided. The sides delivered were incorrect. Another table near us told the waitstaff they would also not be returning because of tonight’s service and issues. There was some large party in another room who was monopolizing the staff working and due to them ordering multiple courses the kitchen was overwhelmed. Definitely won’t be back.

   Food was fantastic. Employees are lazy. They’re more interested in talking to each other or standing around than helping patrons. The worst service I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. Staff ruined the experience.

   The food was wonderful and so was our server. The problem we had was with the management. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, even though I pulled it up on the open table app to show them. The manager came over to tell me there was nothing he could do for us because he couldn't find our reservation on his end and he had already done all the seating for the night. We should have just walked out at that point and not given them our business, but we were celebrating a birthday and were looking forward to trying the dinner at Craft (as we frequent the restaurant for breakfast and lunch). We pushed back on him and so all he offered was to squeeze the 6 of us at a table for 4, but all the time acting like we were the problem. You would think you would be overly apologetic for a situation like this, but instead he acted like he wanted us to leave. We live close by and had been wanting to try Craft dinner for a while now, but the way this manager handled our situation was just so awful it makes us never want to go there again.

   We visited Craft Kitchen for the first time for dinner on a Saturday night, our table was for five, and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff were great and such a beautiful decor. Certainly reminded me of my hometown, California vibe!

   Service and food were great. I had been to Craft Kitchen a number of times for lunch, this was my first time for dinner. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Will definitely be going back.

   The burrata salad was delicious. The mushroom risotto was wonderful. The salmon special was a favorite. The roasted carrots were good as well; don’t let the Greek yogurt turn you away, sea bass was flaky and tasty although the sauce was a little sweet.

   A fantastic meal - the wedge salad was incredible. I had the flat iron steak and it was a 10/10 - divine! My mother had the Pappardelle and it was superb. Price point was perfect as well.

    Loved it, service was excellent, food was amazing, atmosphere ambience was wonderful. Great place for a date night. Truly enjoyed dinner and would highly recommend to anyone. Definitely will be going back soon for dinner and also brunch.
