   Long wait for food. Steaks looked like they were microwaved. They did replace one steak and the second steak was better. Hamburger was sad and dry. Ribs and fish chips were ok. Would not recommend. Lots of better choices out there for the price.

   We had the New Year’s Eve buffet which had a good selection of seafood, meats, and the mac & cheese was great. The dessert table had a lot of options along with a chocolate fountain and sticky toffee pudding, and crème brûlée amongst others. The salmon was delicious and the buffet had a large enough selection of vegetarian options to easily fill a plate for a non-meat eater. it was a little strange that they had naans and pampadoms without any curry though. The music was a little bit louder than we would’ve liked, but the singer was very good. And the server for our table was excellent. It had a lively ambiance and the price seemed reasonable for what we got. All in all a very good experience.

   The food was good, price was cheaper than other restaurant we used to go. Waited too long for desert and bill. Only 3 tables included ours, more waiters than table of customers, still waited long time.

   We often come here for dinner when in Banff. The Alberta cheesteak sandwich is lovely and great value. As the restaurant is hidden in the hotel you can always get a table when the rest of Banff is busy

    We ate at Crave Mountain Grill a few times over our trip and had nothing but excellent food! We attended the "Brunch with Santa" and it well surpassed our expectations. 10/10 for everything!
