Located in the historic JH Adams Inn, Cristina Gray’s Restaurant and Bar serves contemporary American cuisine. Created by our amazing culinary team, the menu includes Southern French and American inspired fare. Each dish is prepared using fresh, local ingredients and high-quality meats. Menu items featured at Cristina Gray’s include a variety of appetizers, specialty salads, and entrees, like our housemade
Fried Oysters, Beef Tenderloin, and Poulet and Boulettes, a take on chicken and dumplings, plus new special features every week!

The mushroom gnocchi was very pretty and presentable, but it was very salty and oily, so I couldn't finish it. We also tried the grilled cheese with shoestring fries which was very basic. It came with a tomato compote which was good. The fried Oyster were very good, seasoned well, and super crispy. The chicken sandwich was tasty and was seasoned well. The kimchi mayo added a nice touch of spice which paired well with the whole assembly of the sandwich and shoestring fries. We lived the strawberry shortcake dessert.

I found it a bit strange that we were the only party in the dining room on a Friday Night. I may have missed something as they might have been closed preparing for an event approaching and they opened for our large party - maybe that was it the food was delicious - Rib Eye better than the Prime Rib. The house Pinot Noir Yum! Service excellent. The only oddity was basically empty on a Friday Night.

My family of six stayed overnight at JH Adams Inn, and dined at Christina Grays, in celebration of my daughter’s graduation from college. The atmosphere was sublime, the attendance by staff, outstanding, and the food enjoyed by all. I can only hope for more life events to celebrate at Adams Inn and Cristina Grays.

Limited menu but food was good I ordered a Caesar salad with salmon on it, which was not on the menu, but they were happy to make for me.
