    Your staff failed to say the the Salad had key missing ingredients and decided that they would change them without notifying us. If we order a meal we expect the meal we ordered not something knocked up instead . Steve

    Excellent service and food. No vegan option (dessert) which most places have now and is always useful for my son who has a dairy allergy. He doesn't like sorbet, and the brownie said it was vegan but was not available.

    We ate on a Monday evening and happened to be the only diners in the restaurant. We had the undivided attention of the lovely server, who was bubbly, chatty and even went to the trouble of creating a piped 'Happy Birthday' plate to accompany our coffees. Would definitely return.

    Lovely staff who could not do more for you, the food was very good with just a few points on the veg which could have been better but had a excellent 3 courses and will be going again! 😎

    What a shame our experience wasn't great. Staff are very nice and helpful. There was a large table (15+) already in, so I expected a bit of a delay in service, but to wait 45 mins was too long. My elderly mother and I chose the lamb & dauphinoise. Was served pink but my mother asked for well done (her fault) but it was soo chewy and fatty, she couldn't eat it. Mine was deliciou as it was nice & pink. The Dauphinoise were abysmal. Dry and hard and inedible. The manager offered other options but we chose to leave it, so as a good will gesture he didn't charge us for the dessert, which was nice if him. I did notice when other diner's arrived, they were still serving thel dauphinoise, so hopefully, they'd rectified the problem. Unfortunately, I don't think we will return which is a shame.
