   One of the best Italian meals I have had outside Italy. The menu while not extensive offers plenty of choice and daily specials. Our waiter had a good understanding of the menu and he could answer any questions we had. We opted to share a starter of oven baked prawns with cherry tomatoes toped with melted burrata cheese, delicious. For mains we both ordered spaghetti with scallops, limocello sauce, equally delicious. For desert we had Tiramisu made with the lighter sabayon and mascarpone and flavoured with Frangelico, and hazelnuts. Divine!! Service was excellent.

   The ambiance was relaxed and festive, and the staff were attentive, but not pushy, allowing us to enjoy our meal at our own pace. The food was very good, with the venison ragu very tasty, the truffle oil and burrata complementing the slightly gamey meat. The prawn risotto my wife had was equally tasty, although perhaps a bit short on prawns. There is quite an extensive range of reasonably priced wine by the glass with a focus on Italian varieties. Dessert was decadent with a dark chocolate tart almost too rich for my wife and me. All round, it was a lovely evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We'll be back for sure.

   Service and ambience were nice and service was efficient. I was a bit disappointed with the meat sandwich I ordered - a bit too rare, a bit chewy and not hot enough - in fact one half was cold. a bit underwhelming tbh.
