Cueva en el corazón de la Roma Norte.
Ambiente perfecto para una exquisita comida y sobre mesa con amigos, familia, cita de trabajo y cita romántica.
Cueva es una parrilla de autor, donde todos los platillos tienen ese toque a leña. Platillos que se prestan al 100% para compartir al centro de la mesa. Sé prioriza que el sabor y calidad de cada ingrediente resalte en cada plato. Después de ordenar las entradas el mesero te invita a pasar a una vitrina con cortes prime, donde escogerás el corte de tu preferencia.
Cueva cuenta con una área de bar bastante acogedora donde podrás disfrutar de una amplia carta de cocteles de autor, vinos, cervezas y destilados.
Contamos con un espacio de terraza perfecto para quedarte un buen rato y para un dia soleado.

Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y tuvieron el lindo detalle de hacerle una carta de felicitaciones. La comida estuvo espectacular, platos bien servidos y con bastante sabor. La atención 10/10.

Super rico, dese la mesa se podia ver el area de emplatado y se nota el detalle que ponen en cada platillo, amamos particularmente la entrada de betabel con mouse de feta, delicioso!

Great spot for a yummy meal! The New York corte was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the lengua was just as tasty. Every bite was worth it. The only downside? The coffee could use some improvement—definitely a big opportunity there.
