   Overall bad experience the Chef uses way to much salt , food was on edible. The waitress even told us that the food can be very salty and it was ! My appetizer which was a fresh fish catch amberjack smelt like a fresh bait :((. I did not eat it . Drinks were good . I think there’s much better choices for fine dining in Brevard

   Absolutely loved Cuizine. Best food ever. Great atmosphere. I would give it a 5+ EXCEPT I was taken aback by the $5+ “credit card fee”. Really? At these prices, this is a bit ridiculous. It certainly wasn’t the $5 that annoyed me…..it was just the principle of charging to use a charge card…..it is the only way I pay for everything these days, as I am sure applies to most. It was a bit of a damper on the evening. I think it would be better to raise your prices enough to cover your credit card fees. Also, when questioning the wait staff, he abruptly said “not my decision, take it up with the owner”.

   Great restaurant for a special romantic occasion. Atmosphere is quiet and inviting. Food was amazing and the waiter was over the top and attentive.

   The service was top notch and attentive. The waiter Colin and the assistant waiter were very friendly and on point. The food was well prepared and came out hot.

    My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. The Chef is amazing and the service is top notch. We try to visit as often as possible. Definitely try the specials, you won’t be disappointed. If that’s not your thing, try the pork chop, it’s melt in your mouth tender, and perfectly seared on the outside.
