    I booked Daphne for my birthday dinner and it did not live up to my expectations. The food was overpriced for what it was (you are paying the ambience tax). The burrata dish was unseasoned and tasted very bland…the peaches in it were also very hard/not ripe. The pacing of the meal was unsatisfactory as we waited a LONG time for our mains to the point where our bottle of wine was finished. We mentioned to the server a few times that it was my birthday and he wasn’t getting the message at all. I literally had to ask if there was a birthday dessert coming for me, which was a bit embarrassing. Server also charged us for the extra truffle aioli and whipped butter that we had requested, but never received, so we had to tell him to fix it. Overall it was a mediocre experience and I will not be returning to this overhyped establishment.

    Tarin may have been the best waiter I’ve seen in a long long time. Well researched, helpful, and attentive. Made our experience that much more enjoyable!

    We had a wonderful experience at Daphne for dinner on Friday evening. The food was excellent and service was amazing. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

    Daphne is my favorite restaurant in the Financial District for business lunches. Tables are far enough apart to have a decent conversation, food is very good and service is outstanding. Every time I have brought a guest here for a business lunch, they've been delighted. Highly recommend!

    I had a great time here at daphnes, the service was amazing and my server John was the best, love him!!! The flavour of the food was a little underwhelming, but the drinks were really good.

    Daphne is a beautiful restaurant with impeccable service and delicious food. From the gem salad, rib eye, truffle fries to desserts, it was a 10/10. Our amazing server, Sammy made our evening. From front of house, management and Sammy, Daphne did not disappoint!!

    Stunning. Next level brunch experience. Service was perfection. Classy but not stuffy. Meals were incredible. Unique ingredients in approachable menu items. Will be back.
